Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the store when available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.

If you believe your order has been lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
